UHT-2000: Ultra-High Temperature sensor system for gas turbine engine applications over 1000° C
The Sentek UHT-2000 is a single-crystal sapphire fiber optic pressure transducer capable of operating over 1000° C. The patented single crystal design provides long term stability, where silica or similar materials will soften in high temperature environments.  It is the first of a kind product that offers simultaneous pressure and temperature telemetry with 18 kHz measurement speeds and unmatched resolution and repeat-ability.

 F)The UHT-2000 system is comprised of a Sentek Pressure Transducer for Aerospace (SPT-A) and a single channel high speed interrogator. This provides real-time pressure measurements, allowing engine health monitoring to predict stall/surge scenarios and optimize efficiency for both current and future aerospace propulsion engines.

  • 0.01 psi (0.07 kPa) pressure resolution

SPT-A pressure transducer is constructed of a monolithic sapphire crystal for harsh environment performance.
UHT-2000 Interrogator is a high-speed rugged design capable of real time data output up to 18 kHz or ultra high-speed data capture at 130 kHz.
