Broadband Fiber Bragg Grating Arrays
Sentek’s broadband fiber grating (FBG) array contains as many as thousands of specially designed FBGs. Unlike traditional FBGs, our gratings are broadband up to 100nm and extremely stable for all operating conditions including ultrahigh temperatures. The gratings can be fabricated in any fiber that may have different core materials and any polymer coatings. These fibers include but are not limited to germanium-doped or pure-silica-core with any polymer coating such as acrylate, high-temperature acrylate and polyimide. Our unique computer-controlled manufacturing system permits our customers to design their own grating arrays with any grating reflectance distribution and arbitrary grating spacing.
